What area does your research focus on?

My research focuses on enterprise and knowledge exchange.

What are the other key aspects of your role?

I support the development of partnerships, new income streams and projects.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I have two small children and I spend most of my time with them outside of work, swimming, walking, and chasing them around the garden!

What do you think you could particularly offer mentoring support with?

I’m particularly interested in mentoring women as I have personally had great mentoring from other women in my life.  I can support with confidence, opportunities in/outside HE.  I take a coaching approach to mentoring as a qualified coach and I’m currently a mentor with the Clore leadership programme.
