What area does your research focus on?

My research focuses on Gender Related Issues. I have also researched on issues surrounding Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, as well as Business Ethics.

What are the other key aspects of your role?

I am the Programme Leader for the Global Business Management (Finance) programme. I am also Module Tutor for the Corporate Governance and Responsibility, as well as Ethics and Social Responsibility Modules.

What do you like to do outside of work?

One of my favourite pastimes is hiking. I love going for long walks in the forest. I find that very peaceful and relaxing. I also enjoy watching sci-fi movies. Lastly, I enjoy hosting parties, and bringing everyone together to create memorable moments.

What do you think you could particularly offer mentoring support with?

I am qualified in Coaching and Mentoring, hence in this regard, I am able to help others to maximise their potential and work towards their personal and professional goals. I could also provide specific advice and help black female postgraduate students explore strategies which can help with identifying and overcoming racial exclusions. In sum, I could help with enhancing personal welfare and professional development.
